ESTABLISH GOALS TO GUARANTEE PROFITABILITY and SCHEDULE
BWB Develop and submit addendum for final schedule with GMAX
BWB Develop contingency backup plans multiple areas
BWB has final buyout of subcontractors
BWB Comprehensive Risk Analysis of potential trouble areas and solutions
VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION CAN BEGIN AT ANYTIME FOLLOWING THE HORIZONAL CONSTRUCTION WHEN PERMITTING AND PROPER TIMING ALLOWS
